It's not always perfect, but the company consistently talks about how people can contribute and do good work and grow their skills and careers along the way.

As a partner of a publicly-traded software company it is a constant balance of art of science to prioritizing ServiceRocket's priorities and the software company's priorities. I've been working at SR about 2 years and have thoroughly enjoyed my time here. The company culture is incredibly supportive, and my colleagues are always willing to lend a helping hand.
