Most ServicePower clients do not trust the company's recommendations from their consultants and the development team only develop functionality that "they" think would be benefiical in their minds and then charge clients for standard out of the box functionality, but then spend all development time and resources to gain new clients but postpone existing clients SoWs to their determent.
