Pros

Supportive work culture, ServiceNow offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes decent salaries, unlimited paid time off, and excellent health, dental, and vision insurance. The company is also dedicated to creating a positive work-life balance for its employees, offering flexible schedules, telecommuting options, and an on-site gym. With its commitment to its employees, Servicenow is also dedicated to making a positive impact in the community. The company is deeply involved in charitable and volunteer efforts, and encourages its employees to get involved in community service projects. Overall, ServiceNow is an outstanding place to work, offering a challenging, fulfilling career, and a supportive work environment. If you're looking for a company that values its employees and is dedicated to their success, ServiceNow is the place to be.

Kontras

It's very difficult to make an impact, as in, jobs are segmented, as in you will do something extremely specific; an all around ACE would be limited in what they can do for the company. Salary could be more competitive. ServiceNow came below all the offers I had at the time, including my current employer. However, I took the non-toxic promise of a work environment over the other offers that were 30K-50K more.

Pros

ServiceNow had a differentiated platform and products. Early on the culture had a startup energy that was rare for a company this size collaborative teams, ownership, and a sense that people actually cared about outcomes. Working with large enterprise customers on complex workflows was interesting work.

Kontras

The ServiceNow I joined was a different company. As headcount increased, so did the bureaucracy, layers, and friction that rewarded politics over execution. The layoffs of the last few years were handled poorly little transparency, inconsistent communication, and decisions that felt made far above with little thought for the people affected. The "cost optimization" messaging rang hollow against continued executive spending. For a company that sells workflow and people process tools, the irony of a chaotic RIF wasn't lost on anyone in the field or on customers. Leadership political dynamics were real. The right team, the right manager you had cover. Performance alone didn't protect you.
