Great benefits, fast paced, always learning, great pay, awesome culture! I thought I was a lifer. It's truly hard to beat ServiceNow.

Managers/Directors can be hit or miss. AMAZING or don't like you no matter what you do. You can exceed all of your goals, crush your quota, and still not get promoted over seemingly petty things and nothing actually tangible. My advice, continually ask for feedback, what's needed to get to the next step, and take care of your customers/follow up on ALL inbound leads, the rest should take care of itself. You'll be very happy here.
