Customers love ServiceNow, so much so they consider themselves part of the company. The company has great growth potential, not in the core ITSM business, but in all the various emerging products (HR, FIN, Cust Srv, Security Ops, and core platform aPaaS and iPaaS).

Management is laser focused on customer sat, which can be a good thing, but it doesn't allow development teams to innovate fast enough while solving all the technical debt. Long hours makes work life balance tough.
