Pros

People are nice. Owners actually will help with out of work issues. Will find work when slow to get some hours instead of none.

Kontras

Disorganized. Some employees arent qualified for work. Don't get paid properly for extra work or work not in my job description.

Pros

There are lots of pros, positive work environment, nice and kind team to work with. Management is open and communicative and provides lots of support and training.

Kontras

There really are not too many, restoration requires some long work hours, buts thats typical!

decent starting pay and company vehicle

Kontras

Owners care more about supporting their lifestyle than anything. False promises, no basic training, daily threats, asked to commit insurance fraud, outdated equipment-vehicles-facilities. a "Do more with less" mindset. Try to nickel and dime their own employees by charging outrageous amounts for anything they "issue" you. If you leave without offering a two week notice, they drop your pay to minimum wage. Not enough work to keep you busy doing what you were hired for and they bounce you around performing whatever they want you to.
