Pros
- Great team members who are dedicated even when management might not be - Fairly hands-off managers as long as the job gets done (depending on the team)
Kontras
- Large pool of managers, many of who's roles overlap with each other leading to miscommunication for team members assigned to projects under them. Even than, you can still end up with moments of radio silence, no clear direction, or plain incompetence -- that is if you don't have to deal with toxic behavior from senior staff members who feed off of the lack of oversite - Mediocre starting salary, and almost no chance for a raise, promotion, or even acknowledgement no matter how long you've been in your role or how solid your output is -- merit has little meaning within the role - Almost no training provided when you start, with the expectation being that you'll be able to hit the ground running. This includes positions that are critical to the business
