Good daytime shifts and great CEO made the job more bearable

Poor training Poor employee attitude 3% 401k match after so many months of employment Lack of communication Whenever I asked for help from the more senor tellers I was ignored and so were the other people that started in my class. Out of the 4 of us that started only 1 person stayed in the duration of the month I was there. As well as one other employees that had been there longer than be but less then 6 months left as well due to the same frustrations.

Get paid weekly, at the time very cool coworkers, decent hours

Management spends a lot of time watching employees on cameras instead of helping employees, do as we say not as we do attitude, promises left unfulfilled, very little diversity doesn't match their member base
