Lack of focus on the core product. Sermo's main offerings stagnate, while the engineering team is forced to spend time on irrelevant, low-value initiatives Poor leadership. CEO does not accept criticism. Sermo incentivizes kissing up to the CEO whenever possible. The CEO also micromanages areas where he has little expertise, and the product suffers because of it.
