Good 401K match. Compensation is pretty good compared to market. Your coworkers are great. In some areas, there is more autonomy than other insurance companies to get the job done.
Kontras
Training is pretty much non-existent. Workload is unmanageable. More emphasis is placed on complying with company programs/tools than with getting the right result on a claim. Company is moving towards micromanagement.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We continually strive for competitive compensation and are pleased that you found the pay and benefits appropriate for the market and that your coworkers were great to work with. We’re sorry to hear that you feel sufficient training wasn’t provided and that your workload wasn’t manageable. The implementation of our associate feedback survey and staffing models will help us pinpoint areas to focus on, such as these, to better understand and meet our associates’ needs. Thanks again for providing your comments.

Multiple office locations across the country
Hybrid system for those that like to be in office
Kontras
Poor communication
Low pay compared to other industry positions
Software is old and outdated
Positions that are typically salary are hourly based
Most "surveys" to gauge employee sentiment are constructed in such a way that no negative feedback can be left
Hybrid or in office is required, no option for full remote
If you happen to be full remote, there is no upward mobility possible for you, period.
Excessive workload
Not very good benefits
