Terrible! Gets good, hard working, results-oriented people, and then treats them like crap! Company has undergone several mass lay-offs just because they get the itch.

Most "surveys" to gauge employee sentiment are constructed in such a way that no negative feedback can be left
Hybrid or in office is required, no option for full remote
If you happen to be full remote, there is no upward mobility possible for you, period.
