It’s great to know you’re enjoying your benefits; however, I’m concerned about your comments regarding your workload and the amount of support you’re receiving. I encourage you to discuss your concerns with your manager or your HR representative. I want to make sure we understand areas of opportunity so we can help you and other associates. As claims professionals it’s our responsibility to ensure we’re balancing our obligations to our insured with the right compensation to the plaintiff to resolve their claim.
