If you don’t live near the corporate office or are a local, you’re treated differently. Leadership and Senior Leadership in IT and Information Security are in constant conflict and unfortunately this drags other associates down.

We recently reviewed results from a company-wide associate feedback survey and overall, our associates are highly engaged and find Sentry to be a great place to work. If you happen to be full remote, there is no upward mobility possible for you, period.
