Flexible lateral moves, good coworkers. Plenty of opportunities to hone your skills for dealing with corporate politics. They are moving in the right direction by replacing legacy systems and investing in newer technologies for customer facing applications..

Kontras

Opportunities for upward movement typically arise after retirement; but they are skilled at stringing you along for excessive amounts of time. Feedback loop is shallow, but that is to be expected when there is limited upward potential.
