Sentry has a mid-west culture of management. Dale Schuh -- our CEO -- is known to shake your hand in the corridor without looking up at your face -- incase you happen to bump into him and forcefully introduce yourself. Sort of depressing -- but when you make sure your job is secure in this market with that person at the head, you don't care of such minor details.
