Pros

Exceptional technology in a market that has a lot of demand. Sales peers are well above average compared to other places I've worked. Seems like most reps here were the "superstars" at their prior place. "Pro's pro" company that is having massive growth.

Kontras

Very crowded market with a lot of noise. Rapid R&D schedule has a lot of positives, but also makes it a bit hard to manage for customers who can be overwhelmed with new features at times. Gartner and others have severely under-rated S1 in the past.

Pros

Cyber is a relevant and hot area right now. The tech has some solid differentiators but most of it is hype

Kontras

CEO is nowhere to be seen. Seems to dislike public appearances. Many other executive C levels that have been here since the IPO don’t seem to work. HR is dysfunctional. It’s the only part of the company that seemingly gets any investment. Company loves to announce products but seemingly can’t release them on time or without extensive issues. Reps spend months on selling only to lose due to product deficiencies. There seems to be an appetite to buy companies and then let them die.
