The company has lost its crown now after being decimated by JLR which it has never re gained its talent or quality, bearing in mind that this company used be a focused automotive company why would you then employ managers in senior roles that know nothing of the Automotive industry, the company has lost its way, and is struggling to find productive and fertile ground, and generally there is poor moral within the company, the Swedish CEO has lost interest, poor self obsessed HR and misguided and wrongly placed managers doesn't make for a good company to go to, sad when one thinks back to how good the company used to be.....the writings on the wall
