They can lead experienced guy very quickly, most of them are relatives of top level management. 3. If you are good looking female without skills or a male belongs to India's north east region especially from delhi/bihar than it is a plus, you'll be favoured. 4. Good for learning corporate politics. 5. Buttering to managers will make your work easy or even get salary while no working.
