- Great teamwork (great colleagues)
- Apply weekly scrum (i like to know what happen and what others do)
- Flexible work time (i always so late, at least i compensate enough hours)
- Respect religion (respect people's religious time)
- Will recover and grow speed up back by April 2022

- Salary cut (during MCO, understandable)
- Very unstable business condition (affected by MCO)
- Paycut but Overwork overload (during MCO, night and weekend)
- Lack of staff appreciation (before MCO, annual dinner only once in years. Not much event going on)
- Always promise very short timeline to client, causing bad reputation
- Lack of appraisal (promotion hardly happen, hard for career growth)
- Manual claim, need to pay first, only get claim at salary
