My experience with the company has been extremely positive. The work environment is dynamic and full of opportunities to learn, innovate, and grow. Although the work pressure and challenges can be high at times, the way the organization prepares us to handle diverse situations and complex challenges is truly commendable. The company strongly encourages learning, experimenting with new technologies, and suggesting fresh ideas or methodologies. There’s a great culture of ownership — everyone is guided and empowered to take responsibility for their work, which really helps in building both confidence and technical depth. Salary Punctuality: Salary is consistently credited on the 5th of every month rather than at month-end, which can be challenging for employees with EMI commitments

Infrastructure & Work Environment: The infrastructure is severely lacking. There are no laptops provided (desktop-only roles), and the shared cafeteria is in poor condition. For a software role, the lack of modern tools is a significant hurdle. Micromanagement & Strict Policies: Extreme focus on "desk time." Employees are expected to be at their desks for 8 hours without recognized breaks. There is a strict "1-minute late" policy where salary is deducted for even minor delays, and mobile phone usage is restricted. Toxic Hierarchy & Favoritism: There is a clear divide between "old" employees and new hires. Long-term staff enjoy perks like remote work and flexible hours, while new hires are denied basic WFH flexibility Technical Bottlenecks: The development process is highly inefficient. Code deployment is bottlenecked because access to Git is restricted to a single person, leading to wasted efforts and long wait times for production moves. Job Insecurity: The company has a culture of firing employees without providing constructive feedback or valid reasons, which makes it a very unstable environment for career growth. Benefits & Leave: There are no Indian holidays observed. The leave policy is very restrictive, offering only 15 days total (including sick leave) per year. Unprofessional Onboarding: Be aware that offer letters are not provided until the actual day you report and join, which is a major red flag for any professional.
