When the threat of being fired turns to reality—which doesn’t take long

They do not care. I had issues with my ATT service right before the nationwide shutdown and they fired me for not being able to do 1 day of training.

My coworkers from the Wilmington branch were some of the best people I've worked for.

Empty promises, Unfair Treatment.felt like I was on an Island. I started as 1 of 4 CSR reps in Wilmington. One of the four was remote but they refused to let the other 3 be remote. Eventually all reps left accept for me. My manager was in the Kansas office. I was paying $50 a month for a parking pass & commuting. I asked since I was the last one & that they made it clear they were only going to hire for Kansas going forward can I be remote & they refused....Eventually they decided to stop paying the absorbant rent for downtown Wilmington & made everyone remote. Soon after they shut down that branch entirely.
