Throughout my time at SelectQuote, I have enjoyed the flexibility of the company: the work hours, positions and opportunities to switch departments. The company never had any layoffs. The staff and management team are friendly. The company offers many positions. People have had the opportunity to switch between departments or move up. The majority of the management grew within the company. One of the greatest company assets is the CEO.
