      Pros

      Caring and supportive. Best training I've ever had. very concerned about our life/work balance. fosters a congruent enviroment e.g. outside sponsored activities. Very positive management - making very positive and happy employees. Freedom of expression. No micro-management. Realistic expectations. Promotes and encourages growth. This is how all companies should manage their employees!

      Any Pro I would have is outwaited by the overall negative experience.

      Kontras

      A firehose of false leads. The people calling in think they are calling in for a food card. There is no food card. They expect you to change their Medicare plan after they called in under false pretenses.
