      I’m just a few weeks in at SelectQuote and already feel so supported and valued. The team has been welcoming, and the culture is positive—it’s easy to see why people love it here. Pros: Supportive team, great leadership, flexible and positive environment

      Pros

      They pay for you to be licensed in different states.

      Kontras

      Company has no integrity. They mislead seniors thinking the life insurance is free and you are expected to make a sale. The trainers are all full of it don't believe the hype. They will fire you after 2 months and keep their favorites. People will literally tell transfer agent that they don't want any life insurance then you are expected to convince them otherwise.
