Great culture and open communication - Having professionally worked for over 9 years (in different companies and industries), this is the first Company where I feel that I, as a team member, and my efforts and contributions are valued. Great and supportive team of people - The Management has been open to suggestions and even encouraging if it means improvement for the Company and the wider workforce. It never feels like you are talking to someone in the Senior Management - very friendly and reciprocative. The pay is great too - at par with other great companies, if not higher. Flexibility in working hours is another plus. Really excited at how the Company is putting more focus on developing its talent pool and supporting career growth as well as communicating with us where the Company stands in terms of performance and where it is heading through regular All Hands meetings. The Company is going through a growth in opportunities with more companies opting for overall digital transformation, especially with the effects of the pandemic.
