Pay is decent and benefits are good. First line leaders are good people who genuinely care about their teams. Remote flexibility.

ELT doesn't communicate. We haven't had a company townhall in months. No vision for what's next or what we're aiming for. No feedback comes down from ELT unless it's to criticize deals in flight. SFDC is a mess but no one wants to point the finger. The best leads we get are from Channel but they keep cutting Channel resources. And great people are leaving, in chunks. No culture at all. No off sites unless you're ELT. No holiday party and no mention of any SKO.
