Base on my own personal experience; Person always feels to have great support from upper management from day one in Secto. Such of environment created that no desire or requirement for micro management, instead people are encouraged to use their own initiative to fix, improve, update or change any process if required which will make things better, safer and bring more customer satisfaction. While proposing, planning or implementing any change, individual always feels the support of their line manager or upper management by way of helping them or in the form of advice on how to go about these changes. All projects start with safety in mind at its core. There are no effort spared in Secto to deliver this message to both management, project and field teams. Both Safety in mind and great support system, individual can feel that he/she is being always cared for as an individual.

Like any company there are always things to improve and company, as a whole always work on it to make those improvements. I feel there may be more expertise and knowledge within the company which maybe outside of their day to day work assignments however it may be beneficial to know these expertise and how they can be made beneficial to company.
