The people were awesome, frequent paid lunches, work from home possibilities, great location(s), benefits were great - 401K, ESOP, Tuition Reimbursement, Reasonable medical/dental.
Kontras
Since being acquired by NV5, everything at Sebesta is changing and going down hill. Benefits from NV5 cost more and are more restricted, tuition reimbursement is gone, the inner workings of NV5 are chaotic at best. All Sr. Leadership at NV5 cares about is acquiring the next company. NV5 doesn't even close out an acquisition before signing the next one or two. They are extremely understaffed and are losing great people because of their incompetence and lack of communication.
