They will pay for your training and certification. Good benefits packages (Though some you have to pay for out of your paycheck) and a decent amount of vacation time.
Kontras
Pay prospects are very low, they do go up and they will pay for further certification if needed, but the highest you can reasonably achieve here as a contractor is well well below competing rates. They make you sign a non-compete agreement that can bar you out of a relevant job for several months if you leave or get laid off (which happens often with contracting companies).
