With such an old and established company, there are a lot of great people here. How you feel will depend greatly on your team and management, some are better than others. They are spending a lot of time, effort and money to reconnect with their customers.

Kontras

Just like above, if you have a bad team or poor management you won't be happy. With the troubled economy the retail industry and housing market is taking a hit, which is hurting the company.

The contract is only for 30 days, so it needs to be renewed every month, and we always lose access during the process. This creates some uncertainty for us.
