Pros

Some of the the co-workers are decent, managers can be flexible with time off requests for the most part

The store is poorly run. The store manager cares about nothing more than maximizing profit and not about retaining good employees. The computer and handheld systems are beyond ancient. No raises, horrible wage, you will most likely be doing the work of 3+ people.

The contract is only for 30 days, so it needs to be renewed every month, and we always lose access during the process. This creates some uncertainty for us.
