The only perk I can think of about this place is we were allowed to wear casual clothes (jeans)!!!

I'm not sure where to begin or if this box will even allow me to type all the cons of this employer! Company is very dynamic there policies change within hour. They are happy to screw the employee career, even its there fault. Bad politics at senior level. No professional/career growth. Manager does not know how to run a project. All project, process are miss managed. Very poor management. No one has any views on what they are working. Non timely payment of salary- Expect a delay of 15-25 days every month. Salary increment/appraisal is even worse than government company. Salary delay of more than 2 months Older employees bullies. They gave fake promises..but nothing worked as per they said. HR is mere spectator. HR have no idea why they are hired for. Complete cheating management. Anyone can write still more but let it be..
