Pros
The leaders at SSG are great, as are the employees! Everyone is incredibly helpful and always willing to lend a hand, or jump in wherever needed. Leaders do a great job of allowing employees to have freedom to succeed, but also provide structure and instruction.
Kontras
The nature of working in a staffing/recruiting firm is not for everyone. Very fast paced and sometimes overwhelming. But that is not necessarily unique to SSG, and nothing negative to say about them regarding that- just the nature of this line of work. If you have worked at another staffing firm and are thinking of switching to SSG, I would say do it! SSG is likely better than where you are at now. However, if you’re exploring careers/jobs and thinking of entering into recruiting, I would say beware that it is a lot of work and you must work much more than 40 hours/week to be successful.
