      Pros

      I recommend Seal Telecom to anyone considering working here. I had an overwhelmingly positive experience with the company and left on very good terms with everyone I worked with. It’s a healthy work environment and an interesting industry to work in. It’s an especially good fit for anyone who likes a good challenge.

      I didn’t leave for any particular reason. I was just ready for a change. But I enjoyed working at the company and I’m grateful for everything this experience has brought me.

      Great team! Great work environment. Very kind people, excellent professionals, great place to work.

      There is A LOT of work. If you don’t have a problem working extra hours then it’s fine. I got exhausted because it was a constant and it seemed to be normal. I got frustrated the moment I realized, even though I worked around 60 hours a week, I wasn’t making my job well, I was leaving lots of pendants and then I realized that was not the job for me.

      ST is an incredible company with plenty of opportunity to learn new things. By the time I left, I felt well-rounded and prepared to take on any job that was sent my way within the industry. I can’t recommend ST enough!!

      Like most worthwhile jobs, it comes with a lot of work and responsibility. I’m honestly hesitant to call that a con, however I know there are people who want to get by doing the bare minimum, and this is geared towards them.
