Pros
The atmosphere is good to work. Though it's a remote working culture interaction and coordination are well managed. Management is decent and provides input for improving work quality. Overall a good place and nice atmosphere to work in.
Kontras
Can't say whether it is a con or not but I feel Saturday should be off. 5 day week gives at least some time for refreshing, self-improvement, and skill development on weekends.
