ScreenScape was a terrific place to work! If you are looking for an exciting career at a company with a vision, ScreenScape is the place to be. I really enjoyed my time here. There was always exciting things happening, and the office environment was the best of any place I have ever worked.

While ScreenScape is growing very quickly, they operate as a startup with a vision. This really does mean that if you are looking for a career at ScreenScape, you need to be ready to commit and put in the effort. They are very goal oriented, because they have a vision of where they want to be, and you need to be able to buy into that as an employee. This is not a con, but more of an FYI if you are considering working at ScreenScape: If you are just looking for a paycheck in exchange for the minimum amount of required work, you aren't going to be a good fit.

Dynamic, friendly team. Cutting edge tech environment. They're building interesting tools with some of the latest cloud, IoT and web technologies. Great work life balance - very occasional OT but basically 8am to 5pm weekdays. Many people with growing families so lots of consideration / accommodation for the outside burdens that can add to a person's day.

Small, tight-knit engineering team with everybody pitching in on random problems. If you're looking to hyper-specialize in one niche, this isn't the place.
