The CEO also must report to and follow the instructions of the owners and investors of Screen Innovations. Through these changes there has been a lot of improvement in company culture, company benefits, salary increases, job promotions, etc. - all which directly and positively impact the employees. So yes, change can be difficult, but it can also be positive over time.
