Pros

I didn't think it had any pros when I was working here. My opinion has not changed even after quitting this terrible job.

THE PROJECT EXPECTATIONS WERE INSANE! The upper management was poor at setting goals and often set goals that were not attainable. It was awful for the entire team's morale and the overall work ambiance. I was supposed to work long, brutal, stressful, and exhausting hours to meet management's ridiculous expectations for nothing. There were no opportunities for growth here. I was stuck in the same role for years. AVOID STICKING FOR THAT LONG IF YOU DON'T SEE YOUR CAREER GROWING, OR YOU WILL FEEL LIKE YOU ARE IN JAIL. BEWARE!

Pleasant workplace atmosphere. Professional coworkers. Managers who do their best to prevent unnecessary tension. Definitely recommended for people who want to do serious work but also have a bit of fun in the process.

The workspace was acceptable, and I did work with a few people who actually cared about doing things right.

- The same failures kept happening repeatedly without any investigation or corrective action - Issues would completely collapse and be ignored instead of being properly reviewed - No one took ownership or responsibility for recurring problems - Root causes were never addressed, allowing the same breakdowns to continue - The exact same failures resurfaced months later with no signs of improvement - Accountability was absent despite repeated attempts to raise concerns - Concerns were met with silence or quick deflections instead of real responses - It became clear that accountability was not a priority at any level - Efforts to improve things were consistently dismissed or overlooked - The lack of change made it discouraging and disheartening over time
