Worst management ever - Cabin Crew bei Scoot: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Get forced to do turnaround for 3months straight because we took much mc, but the reason for mc was fatigue and covid as they are short of crew. Blamed the cabin crew for taking too much mc, but never reflect on the roster they gave us. Throw the turnaround scheme to cabin crew in 1week after announcing, and depending on crew’s FY23/24 mc instead of new financial year (in a sense “bringing up past year fault”) Say its for our wellbeing for putting us on turnaround scheme because we can go home and rest with our bed, but in the end gave us all overnight flight which come back sg at 5am. Everything also blame the cabin crew, say that they care about us but its just talk and no action
