More team oriented than anywhere I have worked prior. The company wants to see you succeed and develop yourself and your opinions and input are valued as a whole.

Honestly, as of now I do not have any. The company is growing and the team and team is growing with it. I have had a few jobs over the past few years and this is the first where I feel like I am working on a hobby and with friends and not just checking the boxes to get a paycheck.
