Salary is major issue - Senior Programmer bei Sapple Systems: Mitarbeiterbewertung

No Salary time. Employees get salary in two part of last month in current month. If any one leave company then he/she will not get his/her last month salary. Management will tell every time that we are arranging fund for last month salary but no one will not get that last month salary. I faced same issue. Too much politics in employees if they are on senior post.
