      The nursing staff is some of the best I have worked with.

      The administration wants you to do the work of 3 or more people and then wonders why things aren't done correctly. They are quick to start a paper trail of right ups so if anyone starts to argue or push back against the nonsense they have a history and grounds to terminate.

      Staff are disrespectful to trainees, other staff, and patients. It makes no sense for people working mental health to act like that
