(5)No Clearance Between The HR An Company Head That They Want to close the Department Or Run. (6) If Some One Want To go for The Job they has to Ready to Leave this job Because Of Company Management They said that the Job is Long Time At the Interview but At the same Time They provide You sudden notice Foe Leave the Job. So job Security Is Very Poor.So Do not think For Long Time. (7)They Are Running The company Like School Not Like Some MNC company. (8) No Job Security In This Company.
