I would not recommend - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei Salsify: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Product is very complex because of its needed configurability both on ProductXM (Salsify's original solution) and SupplierXM (Alkemics' original solution) There's one of the poorest leadership I have experienced in France accross departments (R&D, CS, Product, PS) from Director to VP levels. This is exemplified by the lack of decision making (team of delegators), commitment (some leaders seem to work far less than operationals) and integrity/exemplarity (some leaders allow themselves to have unprofessional attitudes). This is even worse since recent layoffs and promotion & raise freeze. This added to complex customers (retailers and manufacturers) puts a very high pressure on operational people accross departments. I think both companies Salsify and Alkemics used to be great start-ups/scale-ups with thought leadership. Now these days are gone and I wouldn't recommend to join this company whatever the rôle.
