Great learning till 6 months after that pretty much everything is stagnant Working here will set your expectations so low about a company that after it you pretty much can work anywhere competitive and good salaries for a beginner full responsibility (and blame) of your project or feature The only good thing about the company are the peers you make here. very good and helpful people.

incompetent leadership -The managers here are the ones who got placed here from college and are here since then so they haven't really seen anything else besides from this company which is why they are highly territorial , biased , have a very fragile ego and "toxic" HR in other companies take care of both - the company and the employees but here the HR is more sort of a monitor who has to make the rules stricter and stricter to as they call it "maintain discipline". According to them it is to increase productivity but it only decreases an employee's confidence in the company. It's actually not their fault...their leadership - The CEO is pretty much the roots of all the toxicity.

Gross Negligence Regarding Employee Safety: During the major regional riots in August 2023, employees who requested Work From Home (WFH) based on official government advisories were publicly humiliated by C-suite executives and HR, and falsely accused of "spreading panic." Later that same day, when violent mobs reached buildings just 500 meters away, leadership refused to issue an official office-wide announcement or apologize. Instead, a casual, cold text message was dropped in a group chat stating employees "could leave if they wanted to," actively downplaying a severe security threat. Unrealistic Expectations & Extreme Understaffing: The workload is completely unmanageable. Severe Burnout as a Corporate Norm: Working non-stop through weekends and late into the night is not just expected—it is glorified. The intense pressure is so severe that it has resulted in team members being hospitalized due to sheer physical exhaustion. Wage Theft & Humiliation Around Overtime: Overtime is mandatory, but attempting to claim compensation or even mentioning the extra hours results in public humiliation, with management gaslighting you into believing it is a "time management" issue. Toxic and Incompetent Management: Project timelines and priorities are constantly shifted on a whim. Management routinely delayed critical decisions until the very end of the workday, creating artificial bottlenecks. When these delayed decisions fractured client trust, the blame was systematically deflected onto the employees. Public humiliation in front of colleagues is a standard management tactic.
