Pros

1) Coffee is amazing (the only reason I'm still staying here is because of their addicting coffee) 2) Pay for freshers is good. 3) Peers are good and encouraging.

Kontras

Many recent 5 star reviews are from fake accounts created by the company itself, the original rating was 3.2/5. 1) Work life balance is not good, majorly depends on manager. 2) Micro management. 3) Favouritism (if you please the manager then you're okay, if not then even if you work hard and do your best, you'll still receive bad ratings and they'll make up stupid reasons to justify it. 4) You need to be cunning and need to understand blame game to succeed here. If you're a simple guy then your managers will squeeze every ounce of sweat to make you work (even on weekends). 5) CTO and CEO is blinded by AI, they don't understand how and why it works. They believe they can replace employees by AI completely and everything can be done by Ai. They try to justify that a week's work can be done in an hour by using Ai and they force employees to work on very tight deadlines in the name of "With Ai you can do it in no time". (not expected from a CTO who should have a good understanding on Ai agents and all)

Pros

Good place if you have no life outside of work, enjoy working 14+ hours a day, and don't mind being blamed for problems you didn't create.

Kontras

One of the most toxic work environments I've experienced. The company is severely understaffed yet expects junior employees to handle impossible workloads with no training or knowledge transfer. Internal politics and blame-shifting are everywhere. Credit for work is often taken by others, while mistakes are pushed onto whoever is most convenient. People just to protect their skins rather taking accountability and managing things in a better way. Work-life balance is nonexistent. Working from morning until midnight was treated as normal, weekends disappeared, and burnout was seen as "your lack of handling pressure". The culture is built on fear, public criticism, and scapegoating. Poor planning, unrealistic timelines, and management failures are blamed on individuals, especially newer employees. I eventually became one of those scapegoats.
