My overall experience here has been very positive. The work environment is supportive, the team culture encourages collaboration, and leadership has created a space where learning and growth are possible. Processes are generally smooth, and I have appreciated the opportunities I’ve had to contribute meaningfully to projects.

The only area where I feel some improvement can be made is in ensuring equal recognition across all team members. At times, there seems to be a degree of favoritism, which can unintentionally affect team morale.
