Do they treat people the right way? SailPoint - yes 8) are decisions made with scale in mind? (this is indication they are building for the long-term and have big plans). SailPoint - yes 9) do they hire smart, effective, and good humans (you want to work with people who get things but also treat people the right way during stressful times)? SailPoint - yes 10) am I proud and lucky to work here? YES!
