Been part of this company for 3 years, when joining I was pretty hesitant, even though reviews were great, they were mainly US centered, and did not have a massive workforce in Europe. I am so glad I did not hesitate too much as joining SailPoint was single handedly the best career choice I have ever made. My colleagues are great in every level, everyone is down to earth and super helpful, the work life balance is actually work life balance and not a gimmick life most companies, the culture within is one of professional but also be yourself. Everyone is always happy to help in nay way they can, employees the valued in every level, feedbacks and employee surveys are taken very seriously and not just a tick box. Employees enjoy super benefits. Everyone is treated like an adult, very little micro management if any. I would recommend working for SailPoint to anyone. I have recommended a few people to join and they love it here just like me too. This is a rare company that values it's employees as much as it's customers. this is what makes SailPoint an awesome place to work.

Really hard to find any. As with any company that's is small and growing rapidly; some processes are manual or time consuming, but this is also an opportunity to bring new ideas to the table, drive change, increase efficiency. Honestly I can't think of any cons.
