Pros
I really enjoy the people I work with both in my department and office location and those in other departments and locations as well. I work with some amazing people and have built many relationships that I truly value. I have also had some great opportunities to learn and advance in my career. We have a hybrid work schedule and are able to work from home 3 days a week and go into the office 2 days a week. This flexibility has been wonderful and a huge benefit. There are extra benefits like a gym and trainer and some fun activities throughout the year.

No company is perfect. As we evolve there can be growing pains with things such as technology and processes but these are also continuously looked at for investment and improvement.
